Questions wanted !

We need your help !

We would like you to send us your questions.

Over the years similar kinds of questions keep coming up, so we'd like to make a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) section on the website.

Please send your questions to Kim Lousada klousada@msn.com  and put FAQ in the subject of your email.

Kim will make a list of all the common questions and then we will compile a list of clear answers, put them on the website for everyone to see.

And as an extra step only if you want  - if you think you have the answer for your own question but you are not sure, please add what you think the answer is. That will help us figure out what needs emphasizing.  

Please send your question even if you think someone else already asked it. It gives us an idea of which questions are the most urgent, or popular. And also, each question is subtly different.
